James joined the IUA in January 2026 as a member of the Underwriting and Claims Team shortly after graduating from Lancaster University with a BSc Hons in Economics. He supports various underwriting and claims committees, including Property, Construction & Engineering, Personal Accident & Health, Contingency, Surety and NextGen Aviation.
